i acid troubles known to herbalists. All sufferers from rheumatism, sciatica, neuritis, arthritis and lumbago will do well to give this remedy a trial before losing hope. Its usefulness is improved by taking Dr. Lee's Anti Rheumatic Tablets, No. 25, with the medicine, and if any constipation is noticed, don't forget Dr. Lee's Special Laxative Pills, No. 13, should be taken each night. As an external application, nothing is better than Dr. Lee's Liniment, No. 35. DR. LEE'S SPECIAL LAXATIVE PILLS. No. 13 Composition: Leptandra, gentian, jalap, colocynth, hyoscy-amus, podophyllum, oil of peppermint. This pill, you will notice, contains no mercury, calomel, or other minerals, and can therefore be taken with safety by old or young. It is useful as a liver stimulator, as a simple aperient, and may be persevered with without causing a habit. No family should be without them, as half our troubles are caused in the first place by constipation. We strongly recommend them to be taken regularly, if needed, with all Dr. Lee's Herbal Remedies. In taking these or other laxative pills or tablets, we advise only taking sufficient each night to keep the bowels open twice daily, taking them nightly is preferable to taking a larger dose alternate nights, and causing great looseness of the bowels. DR. LEE'S KIDNEY PILLS. No. 14 Composition: Uva usi, buchu, juniper, podophyllum, broom and capsicum. In this compound we have a splendid combination of diuretics, which will be found beneficial in cases of dropsy, backache from kidney troubles, thick heavy urine, and the other symptoms of urinary disorders calling for a diuretic. However, where the case is of old standing, better results are obtained by taking them in conjunction with one of Dr. Lee's Herbal Compounds, either No. 10, 11 or 12, whichever is the one most suited for the particular case. They, like the compounds above mentioned, will have no injurious effect on the kidneys or bladder, and they are suitable for both sexes and all ages, and should be kept in every home. DR. LEE'S NERVE PILLS. No. 15 Hyoscyamus, camphor, musk root, valerian, asafetida. This is a most useful combination of nerve sedatives, nerve tonics, and anti-aphrodisiacs, and will be found of the greatest use in nervousness, neuralgia, neuritis, spermatorrhea, nervous debility, and, containing an aphrodesiacs, their action is doubly useful in night emissions, as they will help the patient to sleep as well as check the emission. A further useful remedy for this latter trouble is Dr. Lee's Special Catarrh Tablets, No. 16. Any of these pills or tablets are made more effective when taken in conjunction with Dr. Lee's Nerve Compound, No. 6.
