Cartonnage, the back is painted with a picture of Isis. Two columns on the front, the left column may be a different hand or the same hand but written with a different pen or thicker ink. No clear margins. Front, col. 1, 5 lines written along the fibres, much effaced, col. 2, 12 lines written along the fibres also effaced; back, painted.
