Author's name (Mosheh ben Yaʻaḳov) appears on leaf 2r.

Leaf 5 (2nd group) bound before leaf  (1st group); foliated in pencil 1-443, omitting leaf 5.

Decorations in red, blue and black; some gold illumination on leaf [5r]; margins of some pages cut away.
Bound out of sequence; positive commandments precede the negative.The introd. to section on negative commandments wanting.
