Binding: Contemporary in oak boards and stamped leather with remnants of clasps.
Written in Latin, by one hand, in black ink with chapter headings in red ink.
Attributed to Fenestella; in fact written by Andrea Domenico Fiocco, canon and papal secretary, and subsequently published as by him (under the Latinized form of his name, Floccus).
15th century transcription by an unknown scribe.
