Minuscule script; 2 columns of 25 lines (14 x 8.5 cm.); major initials rubricated.
Early monastic ownership inscription written in miniature abbreviation at top of 1st leaf: "Hic liber est fratrum [...]orum ... avinon & dedit domina Stephania pro alio libro vidente patre Tobia et fratre ..."; a second inscription in a 17th-century hand below this reads: "Monasterio Sancti andree. cong. sci. mauri", which was the Monastery of St-André at Villeneuve-lez-Avignon which belonged to the Maurists.
Contemporary erasure at the head of leaf CXXX where the scribe erroneously had written Luke and replaced it with John.
