Consists of 34 blank pages, lined in blue, and completed in ms in pen and pencil in various hands. Records name, place of residence, quantity ordered, payment and delivery information for subscribers. The cost listed is usually $6.50, whereas the 1st edition was $5 and the second $6. One page is dated: "March 3d/70."
